2 Aims of the Investigation To deliver documents to personnel –In a timely manner. –With relevance to their current röle. –With a supporting rhetorical and persuasive argument.

3 Why? There is too much information. Some of it is useful - much of it isn’t. People don’t seek it out. If it’s delivered they are more likely to read it.

4 How? Adapting legal argument techniques to argue about the content of documents rather than concepts of law. Two systems –Choose the documents. –generate the supporting argument.
