12. Three Characteristics of New Life 1. It is a “God initiated life” Every day, every moment, we rely on the Goodness and Grace of Jesus, through His sacrifice on the cross for this NEW LIFE.

13. Three Characteristics of New Life 2. We experience a new reality with God. Before we had no interest in Spiritual things. Now we are IN CHRIST and our heart is to live a life that is pleasing to Him.

14. Three Characteristics of New Life 3. Now we live a grace filled life, thanks to Jesus. We are no longer slaves to our flesh or to the devil, we have a new master. A loving FATHER who has rescued us from punishment.

17. Over the next week I am going to memorize Ephesians 2:8 8 For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— 9 not by works, so that no one can boast.
