21. BENEFITS OF GOING SOLAR Knowing our rates for the next 20 years. Approximately $40,000 dollars in rebates every year for the next 5 years from PG&E. Total of $200,000. Shade structures at all sites at no additional cost. Kwh credit – 1 kw produced we get 1.2 kw credit. If PG&E rates continues their 5% avg. increase. After 20 Years the payment to Conergy is eliminated and now PG&E is reduced by 85%. Total Estimated net savings over 30 year expected life is over $6.5 Million!
