Turkey also outperformed 18 EU Countries.  Central government budget deficit/GDP ratio was 1.3% in Turkey in 2011 and Turkey outperformed 23 EU Countries.  In January-August 2012, central government budget deficit has increased to 8.5 billion dollars.
