Criteria to be a Mentor: USSF Grade 8 official 2 years experience as a referee Knowledge of LOTG Correct mechanics & positioning Ability to provide positive feedback Attend a training session: Thursday, 3/6/14, 6:30pm-8:30pm or Tuesday, 3/11/14, 6:30pm-8:30pm Boise First Community Center 3852 N. Eagle Rd., Boise, ID 83713 How can you help?

Process: Assigned via Arbiter $10 per “slot”, included in regular game pay cycles A “slot” is 2 games simultaneously on adjacent fields, one ½ each Documentation required: Hard copy to new official being mentored Soft copy to Assignor & Mentoring Coordinator How will this work?

ISRC to review documentation post- season Survey for new officials that had mentoring “Most Improved” award Is it making a difference?
