2. Approach In arriving at these recommendations we have reviewed the current passports in use and have taken into account feedback from users

Principles The passport is a Europa Uomo recommended passport – a template The passport should be simple and easy to use Manageable size (e.g. European passport size) It should provide information for the patients to increase their understanding It should have provision for the patients past medical history (prior to Prostate) and to record future prostate development
