6. Online Course Required component of application process Basics of Acquisitions Agreement The Why and How of Acquisitions Anatomy of an Acquisition Agreement Indemnification Due Diligence Must complete all 4 Modules to be considered for team.

7. Online Course - Process Each module includes video lectures and asks students to analyze a client problem and respond to it via video. After responding to the posed problem, students review other student responses, give and get feedback, and ultimately unlock access to an expert’s answer. The course is free and open to all. It opens on Monday, September 28 and ends on Sunday, November 29.
