10 Further Hotline Development Trends The growing number of people are using the website services and turning for the online counseling The number of clients, who call repeatedly after the receipt of call-in services is increasing: approximately from 10% in 2003 to almost 30% in 2006. Counselors ever more frequently perform the functions of distant case managers (this is especially related to medicinal treatment) The number of clients, who turn for a specialized therapy is growing. The number of calls from journalists has reduced: from 5-10 per month to 0 in the most recent months in 2006. A very large amount of information at the Hotline calls for a special research or a regular analysis of the presumptions made by administration and counselors.
