Nutrition Education Summary  Lesson plans are required for group classes.  All lesson plans must be written prior to the actual teaching of the lesson and retained on file for monitoring purposes.  They can be uploaded to the LAP as an attachment to ensure that they are on file and easily accessible for contract monitoring.  Lesson plans should relate to specific needs of the participants served.
