Biometric Door Locks

Broad Differentiation Model  My products will always be the top of the line and unique in the way it utilizes the biometric sensor that’s cheaply reproduced in todays smartphones and will use the same technology which will easily create its revenue due to its unmatched quality.  Highly skilled team that are creative and innovative that can constantly churn out new designs and products that will keep us ahead of the competition as far responsiveness and looks.  Corporate reputation for quality and innovation will bring us loyal fans and make them want our brand specific products. ie.( Like Dyson, Kitchen-aide, Apple, and Google)

Targeted crowd  Customers who enjoy quality that will last and give you reassuring confidence and security to your homes literally in the power of your fingertips.  Make customers love it as a brand and prefer it as their only brand in the area of products we make or sell to attract suppliers and bigger name corporations.  Google and Apple would both be two major targeted partners because of their advertisements and technological crowds.  Customers who enjoy Uniqueness and unmatched design rather than cheaper imitations will dive into our products and quickly replace things that have been utilized for years. (keys)

Key Benefits Offered  Unique design lowers the risk of being copied  Established design so the others would just be seen as knock-offs or copies.  Since its hard to imitate given it more value the price can be inflated to a premium price.  The premium price will more than cover the expenses of creating a unique product because there will be no substitute.  Will quickly replace metal keys clinking around in your pockets with your hands.

Unique Capabilities  The Uniqueness will separate it from the rest and attract others’ customers to it.  Once you use it you wont be able to live without it.  It will grow rapidly and be needed in every home.  Better Security knowing only programmed finger prints will allow access.  The growth of the biometric fingerprint sensor is making it cheaper and easier to obtain but not cheap enough yet that its attracting many corporations. This puts us way ahead of the game.
