Levers A lever is a long bar with a support. The fulcrum supports the weight of the bar and what the bar carries. The object you want to move is called the load. The effort is a push or pull that moves the load in some way.

Inclined Plane An inclined plane is the same as a ramp. Objects can be slid up or down an inclined plane to make the job easier.
