9 GALLERY WALK 1) Choose a poster to start at (home group) Take 10 minutes to complete the "Identifying Patterns of Need Template" using the data at your poster 2) Leave one copy of your completed template at your home poster and then visit the other posters 3) You will have 8 minutes to visit other posters. Use the post-its to leave feedback at each data poster 4) Your group will have a few minutes to return to your home group and consider any feedback that was left for your group.
