Page 1 of 8 To the Offsets Roles Online Training Course Each company has an assigned ETS Site Administrator who is responsible to create their company's user accounts. They also manage the assignment of roles within the company. This module will highlight the different roles required to create, edit, submit and view the various Offset form types. Welcome

Page 3 of 8 Prerequisite Learning Modules Before proceeding we recommend that you view the ETS Account Setup and Preferences module located in the Online Learning portal. In this module, you will learn about the different Form Types and Roles for the Offset Notice Response Forms. Introduction

Page 4 of 8 The Site Administrator is responsible for assigning roles to their users for the various Form Types. The selection of roles will vary based on the Form Type. This is completed in the ETS Assign Client Roles screen. Site Administrator – Assign Roles

Page 5 of 8 A Viewer is the only role available for the Offset Statement of Account form type. The Viewer can view, print, and download the Offset Statement of Account and Billing Sheets. This person is responsible to ensure their internal processes are followed to process the payment to the Crown. Form Type – Offset Statement of Account

Page 6 of 8 There are three roles available for the Offset Response Authorization form type. The Submitter can submit and view authorization requests. The Concurrer can concur authorization requests. The Viewer can view authorization requests. The Offset Response Authorization allows the applicant to submit an Offset Notice Response form on behalf of the designated representative. Form Type – Offset Response Authorization

Page 7 of 8 There are three roles available for the Offset Response Form form type. The Creator can create and edit Offset Notice Response forms. The Submitter can submit and view Offset Notice Response forms. The Viewer can view Offset Notice Response forms. The Offset Notice Response Form is required to be submitted to the department when served with an Offset Notice or if there is a change to the client response for an existing offset.
