Any employee of an agency, insurance company including:  customer service representatives  insurance agents  agency managers. This program will benefit new agents and customer service representatives as they understand and analyze risks and exposures. IN-HOUSE PROGRAMS

IN-HOUSE PROGRAMS CISR RESPONSIBILITIES –Supply CISR instructional aids to faculty. –Supply course administrative materials to faculty. –Supply printed course outlines, exhibits and forms to each participant. –Supply name badges, formalized participant list and certificate of participation for each participant. –Supply and administer exam. –Grade exams and notify participants of his/her results. –Create participant records for each person attending. –Provide all participants who pass the examination with the prescribed CISR documents. –Provide certification for continuing education credit for state licensing. –Pay for faculty and honoraria, lodging meals and travel. SPONSORING AGENCY/COMPANY RESPONSIBITIES –Provide classroom suitable, according to CISR specifications, for the day-long course. –Provide overhead projector and large screen for use by instructors. –Supply registration and break refreshments. –Pay the Society the prescribed course fee..
