13. There is very little room for project scope creep since the scope of the project has been sharply defined. The Project manager will need to make sure that his 4 member team keeps on track with the upgrades by monitoring their progress through the HPSD ticketing system and by holding weekly meetings. It will be the Project manager's responsibility to also make sure the project stays as close to budget as possible. This project will allow the client to continue to carry out its daily business for years to come.
