2 Inguinal Hernia During development, testes descend through the inguinal canals into scrotum. Lifting or straining causes part of intestine to push through weak areas in lower wall of the abdomen at these points.

4 Result is a painful bulge near/in scrotum. Surgery can be done to repair this condition.

5 Sterility Inability of male to reproduce because of few viable sperm. Causes include: Exposure to chemicals. Radiation Malfunction of organs STDs Treatment: Depends on the cause, often permanent.
