The terminology used is “Adequate/Inadequate” to describe the condition of the records. It has been opined that these terms are interpretive and not necessarily objective in nature. It has been suggested that the terminology and the criteria be based on the concept of compliance or non-compliance. Should the governing documents be amended to define and include terms such as “Compliant or Non-Compliant” in dealing with the licensee’s records?
