Anatomy and Physiology In threes analyse the movement at the knee: The bones that are moving The main muscles that are working The name of the movement taking place. A: Tibia and Fibula/ Femur (however this is the hip) Quads draw the leg forward. (remember muscles can only pull) Extension at the knee.

Research Complete a skill in your own sport and then state then analyse the movement that’s taking place. Their left knee: flexion Tibia/Fibula/ Femur (again this is the hip) Their left elbow: Flexion Bicep brachia Radial Ulna Humerus (linked to shoulder) Hip left: Flexion Hip flexors Femur/ Ilium Ischium (hip) Their right shoulder : Horizontal flexion Pectorals Humurus Shoulder girdle
