34. College Approval procedures - pFACT The application should only be submitted once all the stages have been completed. Each approver should be given at least three clear working days (thats NINE days prior to deadline). Paper applications that require institutional signatures should be passed to the RGCO at the same time that the applicant completes their stage of the pFACT sign-off
