Conclusion The evidence of gendered mobility is sufficient for the launching of substantial research programmes within this field of social policy inquiry, however, the resources allocated within Member States and across Europe are insufficient in the present to provide the systematic analysis required for a major correction to gender- deficient European mobility systems.
