2. Delete Unused Buttons Think of the buttons menu as a file cabinet! Organize files so that material is easily found! You want to keep the number of buttons to a minimum. Between 5-10 buttons is suggested! If you have not used a button, delete it! We can add it back, if needed!

4. Change the Entry Point Consider deleting the Home Page! Make your entry point your most used button, with the most recent information!

6. Contact Button Create your contact information, so that students and parents can get in touch!

8. Permit Guest/Permit Parents After creating a button, make sure you Permit Parents/Permit Guests. It should say Deny Parents/Deny Guest!

10. Uploading Materials When uploading materials, consider putting a date in the description field! Students may know the current information, however parents are having a hard time distinguishing what is current.

12. Make Announcements Making an announcement is a great way to remind students and parents about homework, projects, assignments, or anything going on in class! Remember to click the option to send an email.
