5 Tips to Effectively Incorporate the PE Process at your Hospital Become a Qualified Provider Encourage OB’s and partner clinics to become a Qualified Provider Offer Hoosier Healthwise follow up assistance (QP’s and enrollment centers may offer enrollment assistance to get supporting HHW verification documentation to DFR) Track PE enrollment effort to measure effectiveness of your process Re-train PE enrollment staff as needed (Contact EDS or CKF-IN to help coordinate trainings) 5

9 Hospital Service Product Line A line of services currently in development at the request of IHA offering consulting services to hospitals Services include analysis of patient management process, recommendations for improvement and evaluation of success 9
