Awarding creative and innovative products for teachers and learners

The BETT awards aim to: Represent the needs of the education system. Reward vibrant products that support innovation and personalising learning. Stimulate the design, production and delivery of quality products, fit for purpose within the marketplace. Provide options for people who want to buy innovative products. Reward inclusive and accessible designs.

Products should be… Innovative creative inclusive educational motivational content-rich extremely user-friendly (intuitive).

What makes something exceptional? One of a kind? Cutting-edge or near cutting-edge technology? Cross-curricular (if relevant or possible)? Accessible to many? Looks good?

The challenge today… Pro or con? Learners who’ve ‘seen it all’ Learners who can probably use technology better than the teacher Death by software/content Funding.
