We are a new company that like to help you team build whether that’s with your friends, family or work colleges. We offer a range of different activities indoors and outdoors so you get you moneys worth; Abseiling, high rope, quad biking, mountain boarding, coasteering, rock-climbing, archery, kayaking and many, many more. In the evenings there is also activities to help you relax whether it’s a glass of champagne in the hot tub or a big meal with everyone around you. We guarantee you will be closer than ever.

If you have a sat-nav type in our postcode (EX23 7MS) or just simply type Out and Up Bude and you will be directed straight through our gates with out a problem. How ever if you do not have a sat-nav or GPS system it can also be just as simple for you to find us, all you have to do is let us know when you book if you need a map and it will direct you in from 4 different places in Bude. We also offer a drop off/pick up system for groups.

Our manger (pictured on the right) is called Eric Dough he has managed at two other Out and Up sites and they have both been successful and now he is managing Out and Up Bude. The rest of the staff have been well trained in many different areas, they are all aged 20-45. In total we have 30 staff members working at Out and Up to make sure your stay is one to remember.

We offer activities from team building activities to high ropes courses to quad biking. We have plenty of activities that can be done inside so what ever the weather you can still have a great time. We also have a number of different out door activities based on the water and on dry land.

Our out and up house is just that, affordable and comfortable. At the out and up house we include all 3 meals in with the cost of your stay. The house is based in the centre of out and up so its easy to get to any of the activities.

However some of our more popular activities will be fully booked, so you need to pre-book a few weeks ahead of your visit. Also at different times of the year different activities get extremely popular in the winter the indoor activities are mostly booked up, so to get your place book early!
