Концепция политиките на приоритизиране По отношение на политиките на приоритизиране използвахме:  Running research projects funded by FP6 and FP7 programs 3S European project  3S European project for road-mapping (Services strategy within the European research area) Strategic Research Agenda NESSI  Strategic Research Agenda (SRA) of the European S&S technology platform NESSI (Networked European S&S Initiative) research priorities of FP7 industrial researchers  Current consultations for research priorities of FP7 work-program 2009-2010, which is trying to consolidate the suggestions for priorities of two expert groups - one industrial and one of researchers, primarily academic - and a number of ‘road-mapping’ activities in FP6, together with the SRA of NESSI European Technology Platform.

Резултати На две стъпки – 20081 2009 бяха събрани данни по горните типове източници (без цитатите), разпределени по направленията на АСМ схемата.  Данните бяха систематизирани. приоритетността на параметрите  Първоначално 4, а после още 6 експерти бяха анкетирани по разработен от нас въпросник относно приоритетността на параметрите.  Получените резултати бяха обработени по метода AHP.

Prigojin 1, както и на по-конкретни резултати на Е. Павловска 2.  Данни за интересите на индустрията не бяха събирани системно, а предимно непряко.  Извън фокуса на интерес останаха практически всякакви форми на връзки наука - индустрия  Не беше реализирана идеята за проследяване на появяване на интересуващите ни направления в Google. 1 Order Out of Chaos, (with I.
