2 There are several significant challenges to offering the course to your congregation :  Skilled staff to address all elements of the course  Appropriate facilities to share the course  Meeting the unique needs of your church ministry  Providing resources before/after/during the course Offering the course in various formats, durations, and depth may address the needs :  Classic 6+ week lecture format  Compressed schedule  Reduced content (key points) By mixing-n-matching approaches and venues, you can reach more job seekers :  Share resources between multiple churches  Tailor offerings to geographic jobseekers’ needs  Offer wider range of solutions to the community Models for offering the Course – Fast Track / Crash Course  Unemployed 5-20%  Quit, laid-off, fired  Nearly/newly graduated  Life changes, divorce, relocation, retirement  Misemployed 50-85%  Not enough money  Stress, bored and/or worried  Too many hours or travel  Dislike boss, job or organization  Want to work from home and/or on your own  Happily employed but… 10-20%  Successful/prosperous but lacking purpose/meaning  Fully-employed 1-5%  Hearing and following God’s calling, maximizing career, fulfilled People in Our Church & Community
