2 Objectives/Goals Review changes to the Thinkfinity National Site and well as changes to ThinkfinityNY and refresh familiarity with existing resources. Review a new tool to utilize during training: the Technology Integration Plan Template Preview changes that are coming down the road…. Refresh procedures and processes around training registration, participant rostering and surveying. Why are we here? What will we accomplish?

9 Utilizing the Trainer Resource Center & ThinkfinityNY Resources Updated materials are populating in the site (Trainer’s Resource Manual, Training Flyers, Powerpoint samples, etc). Additional items will be forthcoming. On the NY end, look to the trainer website to add additional resources, including templates for grade level, content specific trainings that are currently being developed. The State Alignment project is continuing through the end of this year, into next year with full momentum. If any trainers are interested in assisting with the project as lesson aligners, be on the lookout for information coming your way soon!

15 “Quick Rostering” On the form participants use to sign up for training, ask for the following information: First name, last name, email, zip code and their school building.Rostering participants can take some time during a training session, so it could be advantageous to Quick Roster participants after the session. This will require a little preparation on your part because you need some information from the participant. On the form participants use to sign up for training, ask for the following information: First name, last name, email, zip code and their school building. With this information in hand, you can quickly roster participants prior to the session and save time during training.

16 Quick Rostering Steps.. 1.Go to Rusticello at: http://rusticello.mped.org and log in using your Cadre ID and password. This information will be found on your confirmation email from Verizon.http://rusticello.mped.org 2.You will enter the Rusticello home page and click on Rosters 3.Click on the date of your training and bring up the next window 4.This brings you to the View Roster window and you may have to scroll down to the middle of the screen just below Roster Information to Roster Summary. Click on the button. 5.Fill in the asterisked information from your participant registration form. Then click on. When the next window appears, scroll down to enter Organization information. 6.Now that all the correct information has been entered, click and the participant is rostered into your session. This process will alleviate any need for the participant to roster. You will have to do this procedure for each participant you want to roster. Clicking takes you back to the page. 7.When you have entered your last trainee and have returned to the page, you will want to right click on link. 8.A pop-up window will appear. In the middle of the pop-up window, left click on.
