10 Medicines Safety – Impact Making Dispensing Safer Dispensing medicines has become safer in 8 community teams, building on established high performance to further protect patients from medication errors. We have demonstrated this improvement in our innovative Training and Action in Patient Safety (TaPS) programme for pharmacies and GP dispensaries.
