2. Climate of California The average temperature for Hollywood, California is about 88 degrees. The beaches, such as malibu, are so pretty and are about 75 degrees or higher. It is mostly always sunny, somewhat humid in the air.

3. How to get to California You will drive to La Guardia airport and park there. Then you will take the plane from La Guardia to LAX airport in Los Angeles, California. It is about 2,855 miles from my address, 61 Seth Low Mountain Road, Ridgefield CT to LAX, Airport Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA. Since we are not taking a connecting flight it will take about 5hours give or take an hour or two, depending on if there is any delays when we stop in Texas. The total cost for the trip is $602.80.

4. Hotels in California The hotel I am going to stay at is Casa Malibu Inn, it was rated 4.4 stars. Also, it is right on the beach and has beautiful rooms overlooking the ocean.
