3 rd International Conference on Transforming Healthcare with IT 31 st Aug.-1 st Sep. 2012 Hyderabad, India 3 rd International Conference on Transforming Healthcare with IT 31 st Aug.-1 st Sep. 2012 Hyderabad, India  Introduction - Grid computing is playing a key role in this growing area, providing storage and computing power for initiatives in several biomedical disciplines. -These tools enable researchers to investigate diseases and rare conditions, as well as providing doctors with new ways to diagnose and treat patients.

3 rd International Conference on Transforming Healthcare with IT 31 st Aug.-1 st Sep. 2012 Hyderabad, India 3 rd International Conference on Transforming Healthcare with IT 31 st Aug.-1 st Sep. 2012 Hyderabad, India Introduction: The arrival of 21st century has become the innovative century for biological sciences, particularly in biochemistry and healthcare sciences.  The advent of fast communication system and advance robotics system has enabled making web-portal system for dedicated healthcare system.  The huge knowledge of health monitoring system has developed from, -Hospital Information system (HIS), -Clinical Information System (CIS), -Laboratory Information System (LIS) -& Management Information System (MIS) (for patient’s safety and security at hospital or home)

3 rd International Conference on Transforming Healthcare with IT 31 st Aug.-1 st Sep. 2012 Hyderabad, India 3 rd International Conference on Transforming Healthcare with IT 31 st Aug.-1 st Sep. 2012 Hyderabad, India  The present state of art is that the knowledge should be focused with the patient rather than the whole environment of the hospital.  In this system, the availability of web-portal system has made easy access for knowledge exchange between the physicians, experts and patients in a secure way to achieve high reliability of performance.

3 rd International Conference on Transforming Healthcare with IT 31 st Aug.-1 st Sep. 2012 Hyderabad, India  However, at the end of last and arrival of 21st century has warned the world to take care of biological attacks by natural or un-natural process. 1 st Category: (Viruses): -the viruses are the continuous disaster to the humanity, because it spreads fastly and cause mass destruction naturally. -As, in 1919 the bird flu that was known influenza at that time. -There is large list of danger viruses; the majors are bird flu, swine flu. -As of 2009, these strains are all found in influenza C virus and the sub-type of influenza A virus, known as -H1N1, H1N2, H3N1, H3N2, and H2N3. Previous reports indicate that 4,694 people are infected with strain of H1N1 flu worldwide.

3 rd International Conference on Transforming Healthcare with IT 31 st Aug.-1 st Sep. 2012 Hyderabad, India Source: NAGPUR, 29 th August, 2012, Lokmat Times (Thur, 30 th Aug, 12) -The dreaded H1N1 virus has been detected in yet another Nagpurian. -54 years old woman, who is resident of Lalganj, was detected positive for swine flu after test reports were obtained. -The woman was admitted to the Chandak Hospital, blood & other samples of the woman had been sent to Pune for test through the Mayo Hospital.

3 rd International Conference on Transforming Healthcare with IT 31 st Aug.-1 st Sep. 2012 Hyderabad, India 3 rd International Conference on Transforming Healthcare with IT 31 st Aug.-1 st Sep. 2012 Hyderabad, India  In 2 nd category: -The expired date drugs are some times distributed by changing the packing labels and expiry dates, are wrong medications without the consultation of the physicians and experts of e-health. -In the 3 rd category: -contiguous and non contiguous attacks like Aids, hepatitis B and C diseases attacks (due to unawareness in the un- educated people of the society) is spreading by the re-use of the needles frequently in the poor countries.

3 rd International Conference on Transforming Healthcare with IT 31 st Aug.-1 st Sep. 2012 Hyderabad, India HYPOTHESIS:  The availability of next generation networks like, Ultra Wide Band (UWB) and 3G wireless networks have widened the use of multivariate systems.  Thus, the use of parallel processing complexity in the field of knowledge management e-health grid networks would provide huge public health monitoring in case of bioterrorism.  The aim is to design and simulate such a complex system to manage public health in order to take preventive measures in the critical situations, when biological attacks are both natural and un-natural.

3 rd International Conference on Transforming Healthcare with IT 31 st Aug.-1 st Sep. 2012 Hyderabad, India RESEARCH OBJECTIVES:  To design a system to convert serial into parallel multivariate system, in order to solve the problem among various patients, processing systems and experts in the relevant fields.  To observe the wired and wireless systems used in collecting the vital signs data for patient management and expert opinion from distant.  To take advantages of e-health grid web-portal system for immediate measures to protect public health.  Finally, to develop simulative model to protect bioterrorism using 3G wireless networks.

3 rd International Conference on Transforming Healthcare with IT 31 st Aug.-1 st Sep. 2012 Hyderabad, India 3 rd International Conference on Transforming Healthcare with IT 31 st Aug.-1 st Sep. 2012 Hyderabad, India Use of e-Health Grid Network  e-health grid network is feasible, when multiple resources are shared in the form of distributed data.  In the e-health care system, we are remotely consulting the public health monitoring in the distributed manner.  Moreover, in this system it is mostly required that data could be managed in such a way to satisfy the public health care requirements.  When remote grid system is involved the requirement is that data should be secure to the public satisfaction in terms of reliability and security.

3 rd International Conference on Transforming Healthcare with IT 31 st Aug.-1 st Sep. 2012 Hyderabad, India 3 rd International Conference on Transforming Healthcare with IT 31 st Aug.-1 st Sep. 2012 Hyderabad, India  The concept of e-health grid can be thought of as a public health monitoring and knowledge management system, as illustrated in Fig. 1.

3 rd International Conference on Transforming Healthcare with IT 31 st Aug.-1 st Sep. 2012 Hyderabad, India 3 rd International Conference on Transforming Healthcare with IT 31 st Aug.-1 st Sep. 2012 Hyderabad, India RESEARCH METHODOLOGY:  Since, e-Health services through 3G mobile networks (e.g., GPRS and UMTS) offering medical support at a distance for monitoring public health in case of biological dangers nationally and globally.  The method is to take some parameters and to simulate it by considering networks at various levels of integration. -At first, it will be simulated at LAN. -then it will be extended to metropolitan cities. -& at large it will be extended to the Global level.

3 rd International Conference on Transforming Healthcare with IT 31 st Aug.-1 st Sep. 2012 Hyderabad, India 3 rd International Conference on Transforming Healthcare with IT 31 st Aug.-1 st Sep. 2012 Hyderabad, India PROPOSED MODELS FOR RESEARCH  The models are based on e-health grid network for public health monitoring in case of biological dangers and knowledge management through web-portal system as depicted in Fig. 2(a), which proposes that knowledge should be focused to the public health care and the localized environment for the reason of security and care.  For this reason e-grid web-portal system would be designed for the purpose of static and dynamic knowledge of the patient and will be stored in the knowledge base system (KBS). This information will be managed through knowledge engineering system (KES) using technologies and engineering system to secure the data.
