Public Involvement & Participation: Development & implementation of community storm water management programs. -Build support for program implementation & funding. -Develop volunteer networks. -Help to monitor compliance. Ensure maximum coverage by using a wide range of educational materials & strategies. -Borrow existing materials from others instead of re-inventing the wheel. -Modify any borrowed materials to specifically address audiences and issues particular to your community.
