It requires special skills and effort and needs a great deal of preparation to a have a good preparation. To deliver a simple and clear message, you need good preparation and early planning. 5 Preparation Tip #1 Prepare to present without slides.  Have something of substance to say.  Learn more than you will say.  The more you know, the more enthusiastic you will be. WINDSOR UNIVERITY

15 Too Much Text Too much text can be overwhelming to our audience, use brief, concise points on your slides, and elaborate on these verbally during your presentation.
