7 DE-PBS Key Feature Evaluation Purpose:  Understand where schools are in implementation of SWPBS  Guidance on need for staff development  Technical assistance for schools through comprehensive report  Evaluate change at the school level and state level  Tool matches our DE Key Features

10 Levels of Implementation  Exploration :  Few elements of implementation  Developing :  Early phase of implementation; some elements adequately in place  Proficient :  Elements in place and implemented  Exemplary :  Implementation shows evidence of innovation and sustainability

11 Essential Item Scoring  Schools cannot receive proficient implementation with a score of 1 on any essential item  Schools cannot receive exemplary implementation with a score of 0 or 1 on any essential item  We are using percentage of Essential Items meeting a certain score to determine the level category, but percentage scores will not be used for reporting.
