2 Yerevan Logistic Centre Yerevan Logistic Center is a priority project The aim is to develop a multimodal transport Hub to serve as a Logistic Centre in the area of Zvartnots International airport The envisaged Logistic Centre will be the further expansion of the Master Plan for the development of Zvartnots International Transport The envisaged Logistic Centre will also serve as a dry port and will attract international logistic companies Republic of Armenia

3 Location Republic of Armenia

4 Logistic Centre will require construction of new warehouses, transport infrastructure and other facilities for seamless modal shift of air, road and rail transport operations. Construction of feeding transport infrastructure, among them: Roads for linking with North-South road corridor Roads for linking with planned Yerevan bypass Railroads for linking with existing and planned rail network Free economic zone will be established in the area of the proposed Logistic Centre Republic of Armenia

7 Project implementation The envisaged preliminary timeframes for the implementation of this project is the following: – 2011 – completing of all paperwork, including feasibility studies, as well as negotiations with interested investors – 2012 – Construction commencement – 2013 – Provision of certain services and letting of the areas at preferential rates with the purpose of attracting businesses – 2015 – Completion of the project and readiness for full operation. 8 Initial investment needed: Construction site preparation – 8 320 000 Euros Infrastructure – 4 287 000 Euros, including transport infrastructure – 2 260 000 Euros and outdoor installation – 2 027 000 Euros Storage facilities – 450 000 Euros Service facilities – 6 060 000 Euros Transshipment facilities/equipment – 1 110 000 Euros Safety and Security – 334 000 Euros Other facilities and installations – 639 000 Euros Planning, Surveying, Soil Investigation – 2 120 000 Euros Miscellaneous – 1 060 000 Euros TOTAL – 24 379 000 Euros Republic of Armenia
