The JROTC Bde Staff and programs will remain under the C2 of Bde Commanders until all newly aligned Bde/Geo Boundaries are completed on or about Oct 2009; at which time the new JROTC Bde will stand up. Once formed the staff at each location will be titled Area Coordinators (AC's.
