8 FBC Peer to Peer Comparison Report Complete the excel template for submitting a request for a Peer Comparison Report Specify the 3 years you want the report run against Select your peers for comparison – be sure they have participated in the selected service areas or specified PIs The report you receive back will be in an excel format so you can graph the data, create a chart, etc. Generally you can expect a turnaround time of 10 -14 business days.

10 What’s It Take to Develop a New Service Area 1.Policy currently under development 2.60% of the FBC membership must support the proposed new service area 3.If supported, a committee will be formed to develop the initial PIs 4.New PIs will be limited to 25 good, balanced measures 5.Performance Committee will review and make a recommendation to the FBC Board. 6.Process will take several years.

12 Get Involved In the FBC -Board of Directors - New Board Takes Office at Spring Conference (provides direction and leadership) -Standing Committees - Volunteer for a standing Committee (executive, strategic plan, training, performance, etc.) – Service Area Leads - Currently open: HR (develop service measures and coordinate data entry)

13 FBC Data Cycle for FY12/13 Dec - March: Preparation for Data Collection and Data Input April - June Data review and cleansing June - July Development of annual report Late July Release of annual data report Late Summer/Fall Prepare for next round of data collection. Goal is to have the FY12/13 Report produced in July 2014
