3. Sailing A Friend for Grace is based on a true story in 1808. She is sailing the seven seas to a new country and does not know where she is going.

4. Convict This book is about Grace being a convict from England and coming to Australia. Grace finds a friend on this trip and her name is Hannah. Hannah’s mum is why Hannah’s on the boat. But Hannah’s mum is just helping.

5. Get’s more By Grace being Hannah’s friend she gets more food from Lisa who is Hannah’s mum. Grace and Hannah were the only ones that didn’t get sick when the waves were rough. Towards the end, once they have landed, they sleepover a night in a house.

7. My Favourite Character and Part My favourite part of the book was when everyone hadn’t got their sea legs yet but Grace already did. My favourite character is Grace and she is also the main character. I like Grace the best because she is always saving everyone.

8. Recommendation I recommend this book to kids 9 and up because it shows them how tough it was in 1808. This will also help with school.
