Ph.D.: Tuition and dormitory fees waived plus monthly stipend of 10,000 TWD (approximately US$330); scholarship recipients will be obliged to assist advisors to facilitate various research works and publish journals. Remarks: Master and Ph.D. students have to maintain overall grade of at least 78 per year; undergraduate maintain overall grade of at least 70.
