2 Department of Finance 2 BACKGROUND Municipal Code calls for a statistical report on City procurement. In 2011, the City made purchases totaling: $88,840,406

3 Department of Finance 3 City Departments Statistical Information Contract and procurement opportunities secured by Pasadena businesses was $8,930,835 (or 11%). Procurement opportunities secured by WMBE was $9,776,630 (or 12%).
