3 Explain in your own words what happens on the classroom Wiki-workspace. We do lot’s of work on there and we do reports. We also have a gate homeroom with things and information about the wiki workspace. There is also a gate student checklist that tells us what to do for the day.

4 I use Performance Based Objectives in GATE. It is important because it helps you write your mission statement. Also it helps you know what to do and it also tells you what you will do for the day. It also helps you in projects.

5 I use Language Based Objectives in GATE. It helps you what to do on projects. It also helps you with your mission statement. It also helps you go through the day.

6 What is Red Light Thinking? Red light thinking is when you stop and gather facts. It also helps you do your projects because you have all the information. It also helps you with you green light thinking because you have all of you facts to do you green light thinking. Provide an example of Red Light thinking. An example of red light thinking is when you are gathering facts for the next step.

7 What is Yellow Light Thinking? Yellow light thinking is when you stop, slow down and make an inference. It is also drawing a conclusion. Provide an example of Yellow Light Thinking. An example of yellow light thinking is when you draw a conclusion of something.

8 What is Green Light Thinking? Green light thinking is when you type in all of your information and wonder. Provide an example of Green Light thinking. It is when you wonder. It is also you imagination. Ralph Phillips is an great example of green light thinking.

9 Why is our GATE Student Checklist important? Your gate student checklist is important because it tells you what to do for gate. It ha all the information for the day.

16 we are doing a weather report on Detroit, Michigan and Tucson, Arizona. today in Tucson where we live the high will 79 and the low is 47. the next day the high will be 85 and the low is 49. it will be hot. The next day the high is 88 and the low is 52.. the next day the high is 87 and the low is 51. it wont be as hot. the next day the high is 89 and the low is 52. the next day the high is 91 and the low is 53. the next day the high is 86 and the low is 43. the high is a hot temperature. the next day the high is 80 and the low is 47. the next day the high is 85 and the low is 48. the next day it is not much of a weather difference. the high is 85 and the low is49. then in Detroit Michigan today the high is 40 and the low is 30.. then the next day in Detroit Michigan the high is 50 and the low is 45.

17  It wont be that cold as today. the next day the high is 66 and the low is 40. it will be a little for some of you people that are not crazy. the next day the high is 49 and the low is 31 the next day the high is 51 and the low is 34. the next day the high is 49 and the low is 38. it will be a little chili,but you don't need you winter coat. you probably just need a light jacket. the next day the high is 62 and the low is 43, so it will be a little cold as the low temperature comes in. the next day it is not much of a weather change. it changes temperature just by one degree. the high is 62 and the low is 44. the next day the high is 58 and the low is 43. the temperature does not change much from yesterday. it changes by four degrees from the high and it does not change from the low temperature. there is a cold front going through Utah and Arizona. there is a stationary front going through Idaho and Wyoming. there is another stationary front going through Nebraska too. there is a cold front going through Missouri, west Virginia, and Virginia. this is alec meerschaert on kgun9 on your side.

18 Weather Report What is a cold front? It is a cool mass of air. What is a warm front? It is a warm mass of air. What is a stationary front? It is a boundary between two air masses.

19 Hurricane Facts Hurricanes come from water. They can be really dangerous. They can be really big too. They destroy all in their path. The difference between Hurricanes and tornados are that tornados come from the air and tornados come from water.

20 Tornado Facts Tornados can be a mile long. They can also be skinny. Tornados are formed in the air. Tornados spin 300 miles per hour. The difference between Hurricane and tornados are that tornados come from the air and hurricanes come from water.

21 Introducing my GATE Teacher My gate teacher is Mr. Lewis. He is a great G.A.T.E teacher. He is really helpful. He helps us a lot. He set’s up the G.A.T.E program almost every day. He is a nice G.A.T.E teacher.

22 Why is GATE important to you? G.A.T.E is important to me because it is a privilege to me because you have to pass a test to get into there. It is also for smart people. People think we are nerds,but we are not nerds. We are just talented and gifted students. That is why G.A.T.E is important to me.
