4 Hazards: toxic vapors, explosion, open excavation, confined space, heavy equipment Restrictions: Do not enter the work zone Responsibilities: Check contractor qualifications, facilitate HazMat sampling

6 Hazards: toxic chemicals, open excavations, heavy equipment Restrictions: Do not touch, do not enter the work zone Responsibilities: check contractor qualifications, coordinate with Region HazMat for sampling
