My Bucket List Gaby Fronda

1. Singing Sands Beach, Prince Edward Island Since Prince Edward Island is a home to Canada's warmest beaches, I would visit the Singing sands beach, located in Basin head provincial park as my top 1 in my bucket list. It features a unique, yet strange swishing/squeaky- like sound when the wind is blowing or a visitor steps in. In which, would be an amazing experience because walking on a white sand beach that produces a sound is an experience that doesn't happen everyday. Furthermore, it is a clean, safe, and supervised beach that includes a play area, food, washroom, shower facilities and the basin head museum.

2. CN tower, Toronto Technically, Cn tower is the tallest building in the world and would be a great place to visit. I would like to visit the CN tower because there are enjoyable and interesting activities to do like edge walking and of course, observing the city of Toronto with the observation decks and the sky pod in both day and night. Also I want to dine in the 360 restaurant and the horizons café.

3. Banff National Park, Alberta Banff national park is the Canada's first national park and the world's third and I bet it would be a wonderful adventures. there are various of activities that I would like to try there such as, whitewater rafting, golfing, hiking, bird-watching, mountain climbing, canoeing, skiing, fishing, and different types of guided tours. I would also like to see the natural beauty of Canada through its lakes, mountains, canyons and meadows.

4. Edmonton Mall, Alberta West Edmonton Mall is the largest shopping mall in North America and the tenth largest in the world and covers an area about 490, 000m2. With it being the largest mall in NA, I would like to try to explore different shops, shows and parks. Some of them would be the Sea life Caverns, world water park, galaxy land and ed recreations center.

5. Canada’s Wonderland, Ontario Canada’s Wonderland a 330-acre theme park and has been the most visited seasonal theme park in North America for several consecutive years. I am a am a fan of going on theme and amusement parks and it is one of the reasons why I would like to visit Canada’s Wonderland. Furthermore, as much as I can, I would like to try their rides, especially the roller coasters (leviathan- one of the tallest and fastest coasters in the world). Also, I would like to watch their shows, visit Whitewater Bay and the dinosaur park.

6. Bay of Fundy, New Brunswick/Nova Scotia Bay of Fundy is a home to the highest tides in the world and each day 160 billion tonnes of seawater flows in and out of it during one tide cycle more than the combined flow of the world’s freshwater rivers. The activities I would like to do are hiking and sea kayaking along sculpted coastline, cliffs and islands and maybe get a chance to see a rare northern right whale. As well as, visit their museums and parks, taste their cuisine, and experience bird watching and whale watching tour.

7. Niagara Falls, Canada/United States Niagara Falls is the collective name for the three falls that run along between the international borders of Canada and US. The main reason I want to visit the Niagara Falls is to have the most greatest and scenic view of the three falls. The activities I mostly want to do there is to take a glimpse of it through a helicopter, journey behind the falls or boat tours, specifically the whirpool jet boat, which is a wild ride that runs along Niagara River at a speed of 80 km/h. As well as, to visit the botanical garden, the skylon tower and greg frewin theatre.

8. Old Québec, Québec Old Québec is a historic neighbourhood of Québec City, the capital of the province of Québec in Canada. I would like to visit it because it is part of Quebec’s histories and I want to learn more about the how the French lived through the old Quebec which contains the upper and lower town. I want to visit are museums, fortifications of Quebec, Citadel, Notre-Dame-de-Québec Basilica- Cathedral, the Cathedral of the Holy Trinity, parliament hill and St. Lawrence Terminal & Cruise Lines. As well as, shop, dine-in restaurants, take walking tours and experience horse-drawn Carriage rides

9. Rocky Mountains, North America The rocky mountains forms the cordilleran backbone of the great upland system that dominates the western North American continent. Since it is famous for the beautiful scenery of the mountains, lakes, rivers and forests, I would like to do activities such as, hiking, mountain biking and camping in warm weathers and mountaineering, skiing and snowboarding in cold weathers. There are also places I would like to visit, jasper national park, Banff national park and lake Louise.

10. Canadian Museum of History, Ontario Last but not least, I want to visit Canadian museum of history. Canadian museum of history, formerly the Canada museum of civilization is the most visited and largest museum in Canada. I want to visit it because I want to see what the people are attracted by it, which are its 3,000,000 artifacts and its architecture. Also, I want to experience the Canada Hall which allows visitors to walk through 1000 years of Canadian history, including townscapes and environments from across the country, from pre-European settlement to the present day.
