2. Overview SPE are Power System Consultants that specialise in High Voltage (HV) systems. SPE undertakes both consultancy and detail design activities. We provide services to a wide range of sectors: Building Services / M & E Contractors, Light & Heavy Industrial plants, Water / Waste Water, Renewables, Oil & Gas. Our offices are based in Dorset but we cover the whole of the UK. We are familiar with UK, IEC and ANSI (USA) design practices.
