7 Practical arrangements Premises, location, needed equipment, workers, start funding, advertisement and marketing, net site, insurances, accounting etc. Funding calculations Investment into premises and equipment, capital for establishind and for a few months, funding means Profitability calculations Need for sellling cover, by which the fixed cost and loan payback are being covered, pricing principles by which all this can be covered.

8 3. Product Minimum viable product, the lightest possible application of your idea. Product brochure or web site by which you collect the first contacts or first orders. Doesn’t have to be any special, just to have a tangible object for the customer to be studied.
