Problem Examples:
I have some candy in my pocket. Then I take two candies from my pocket. Now, the number of candy in my pocket is three candies left.
Create the mathematical model of this situation!
Answer:
Let: The number of my candy before = x
The mathematical model of that situation is:
x - 2 = 3

The mathematical model of that situation is:

6. Answer: Let: The number of Mr. Rifki fish before = x
The mathematical model of that situation is:
X + 5 = 23
After we could create the mathematical model of that situation, then we can determine the number of Mr. Rifki fish before in the following manner:
x + 5 = 23
x + 5 – 5 = 23 – 5
x = 18
Therefore, the number of Mr. Rifki fish before is 18 fishs.
