15 Extrinsically Motivated People  Do not believe that they are in charge of their lives.  Make excuses and blame others when things go wrong.  Believe in chance, rather than hard work  Find it difficult to act because they don’t feel it will matter.  External motivation can make you do things, get things done, but you generally don’t enjoy them.
