The “School Progress” Button: -access to school’s “Filing Cabinet” to retrieve uploaded documents (e.g. SIG evidence, Title I SWP supplemental docs) -snapshot of school’s last update within each phase

The “Submitted Reports” Button: -access and track plan submission by school -incorporate data into MS Excel spreadsheet with additional data to track Action Plan Peer Review process

The “Critique/Feedback” Button: -track plan feedback submitted by Action Plan Peer Review Team -easy access to school’s submitted feedback form

The “School & District Dashboards” Button: -drill down to school’s level to access school-specific reports (e.g. “Summary Report” “Comprehensive Plan Report”, “Coaching Comments”) -access to school’s feedback form to enter and submit feedback on plan

The “Data Mining” Button: -identify, by school, number of “Coaching Comments” (if any) provided to school -easy access to “Coaching Comments” report by school

The “Reports” Feature: -analytical and reporting features providing aggregated data on school progress

The “Implementation Report”: -detailed information on indicators (by principle) that have been assessed, planned for, and achieved full implementation

Exporting the “Implementation Report” to MS Excel: -supplement report with additional information (e.g. identifying “Key” indicators) -utilize features in Excel (e.g. conditional formatting) to further analyze data

The Indicator analysis feature within “Data Mining”: -using data from “Implementation Report”, analyze, by indicator, written objectives, tasks, and/or evidence

The “School Drill Down” Report: -analyze, by school, the percentage of indicators assessed/planned for -access to school’s “Quick Score” report
