16. MAY BANK HOLIDAY closure The Practice will be closed on the following days- MONDAY 5 TH MAY MONDAY 26 TH MAY Please make sure you have adequate medication for the Bank Holiday weekends.

17. Practice Closure The Practice will be closed on Thursday 1 st May 1 – 2 pm Thursday 15 th May 1-4.30pm please telephone the usual surgery number for the Duty Doctor or dial 999 in an emergency.
