2 Project Goals Safety Safety 1. Project design consistent with MnDOT standards 2. Traffic Control according to Field Manual 3. Permanent signs meet current standards Quality and Budget Quality and Budget 1. High quality project minimizing future maintenance 2. Meet or exceed the requirements of the project 3. Accurate and complete transfer of sign inventory data

3 Project Goals Schedule Schedule Permanent signs installed by November 30, 2007 Mobility Mobility 1. Maintain traffic during installation of new signs 2. Permanent signs to maintain the mobility of the traveling public

4 Scope of Work Assess existing signs and identify adjustments, relocations, additions, deletions to meet current MN MUTCD, Mn/DOT Standard Signs and Traffic Engineering Manual Standards and Project requirements.
