3 Suggested goals  A profitable gala  Drive membership with ADDY participation  Recognition of creative work  Enhance ADDY competition’s image  Ensure gold winners advance  Sponsors: event, ad sales, contributions, donations paid by sponsorships

4  Judging  Sponsorship and Donations  Student ADDY Co-Chairs  Communications  Promotion  Creative Design  Gala or Awards Show  Treasurer Create ADDY Sub-Committees

5  Judging – Air, Hotel, Meals, Gifts, Venue, Tables, Postage/Shipping, etc.  Gala or Awards Show– Food, A/V, Venue, Host, Bars, Entertainment, Decorations Beware the “Plus Plus” & Hidden Fees Use Comp tickets judiciously Carefully avoid Board/Committee discounts? EXPENSES

6  Print Collateral Design, Posters, Shipping, Photography Teasers, Call for Entries, Winners Book  Recognition Trophies, certificates, thank you gifts Student ADDY can be sponsored Title Sponsor for Gala, Gallery or Judging day Keep all the logos properly called out on the websites Consider Sponsors
